Johnny is a West Texas local. Born and raised a short drive from Lubbock in Sundown, Texas. He began working with the Jonathan Shaw Agency in early 2026 as a licensed insurance agent. Prior to this, he worked in automotive and real estate sales for almost 10 years.

Johnny is an avid dog lover and dad. He has 4 dogs a Morkie-Poo, Miniature Dachshund, Golden Retriever, and Golden Doodle. If you don't find him at work, he is most likely with his dogs.

Johnny is a major foodie. He loves to visit the many restaurants Lubbock has to offer and experience new flavors and foods. He is also a major shopper and enjoys Lubbock's many small businesses.
Johnny is a huge Texas Tech supporter. You can find him cheering on your local Red Raiders. From football to basketball he is repping the red and black all year long!

Most of Johnny's family and friends are local to Lubbock. His greatest joy is spending as much time as he can with his large, very large family. From weekly cookouts, dinners, board games, video game tournaments, traveling and so much more, you can find him and his family enjoying all that Lubbock has to offer!
