Jonathan became the founder and agency principal of the Jonathan Shaw Agency in 2022. Prior to this, Jonathan served as an area coach for a franchise food chain, where his locations were in the upper tier of the company year after year.

Jonathan is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. He is licensed in Property and Casualty, and also holds Life and Health license as well.

Jonathan passionately serves his church. He can be found every Sunday at Aldersgate Global Methodist Church. Outside of church, Jonathan is an avid supporter of the Texas Tech Red Raiders, holding season tickets to the football team, and attending as many basketball games throughout the season as he can.
