Hi! I’m Amy, a Personal Lines Customer Service & Retention Specialist with Farmers Insurance. I’m passionate about helping customers feel supported, protected, and confident in their coverage. In my role, I assist customers with policy questions, updates, and reviews, along with billing explanations and payment arrangements. I provide guidance throughout the claims process, help prepare renewals, conduct retention outreach, and look for cross-selling opportunities when they make sense. I’m especially committed to identifying coverage gaps and making sure families are fully protected. My goal is simple: to make every interaction clear, stress-free, and reassuring.
