Born in 1968 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, I was blessed to be raised by two incredible Puerto Rican parents, Richard and Dolores, who taught me the values of hard work, integrity, and family. I spent 34 years growing up in the Bronx, New York, where community and connection were a big part of daily life — lessons that continue to guide me today in how I serve and support my clients.

Before beginning my career in insurance, I enjoyed a 20-year journey in college football coaching, working with numerous colleges and universities across the country. One of the highlights of my coaching career was my time at Texas Tech University, where I had the privilege of coaching under the legendary Mike Leach. During that tenure, I experienced one of the most memorable games of my career — the 2004 Holiday Bowl, where Texas Tech triumphed over Aaron Rodgers and the Cal Bears, 45–31.
Today, I’ve taken that same passion for leadership, teamwork, and preparation and brought it into the world of insurance. As a Farmers Insurance Agent, I take pride in helping individuals and families protect what matters most — their homes, cars, businesses, and loved ones. My goal is to provide personalized coverage solutions that fit each client’s unique situation, while offering the kind of service and trust that lasts for years to come.

I’m married to my wonderful wife, Luciana “Chana” Thrasher, and together we’re enjoying life here in Texas. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me on the golf course, watching football, tailgating, traveling, or simply enjoying good food, great movies, and time with Chana and our friends.

Life has taken me from the Bronx to the bright skies of Lubbock, and along the way, I’ve learned that every relationship — whether on the field or in the office — starts with listening, caring, and doing what’s right. I look forward to continuing that mission by helping families across Texas feel confident and protected, no matter what the future holds.
